Position: Tooling Supervisor for Automotive Manufacturing
Drive tooling operations as a Tooling Supervisor in a dynamic Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive facility in the KWC region. Your leadership will ensure optimized manufacturing productivity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Tooling Supervisor with proven experience in automotive environments. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the tool room, direct personnel in refurbishment processes, and ensure tooling aligns with production timelines. Strong leadership and a focus on continuous improvement are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tool room operations for production support

• Guide maintenance and optimization of tools and jigs

• Monitor tooling performance and implement improvements

• Support new program launches with tooling readiness

• Maintain accurate tooling records and inventory logs

Requirements:

Required:

Valid Tool & Die Maker License (430A)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an automotive setting

• Prior experience in supervisory roles preferred

• Deep understanding of tooling systems in manufacturing

• Expertise in technical drawings and CAD layouts
