As a leader in industrial performance, you will manage the continuous improvement roadmap, collaborating with plant management and overseeing improvement project progress. Your key responsibilities involve training staff, fostering a culture of improvement, and coordinating with corporate standards to ensure facility-wide compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop continuous improvement roadmap for plants

• Implement and monitor ongoing improvement projects

• Train and coach plant staff on sustainable processes

• Manage communication with corporate and regional organizations

• Lead benchmarking initiatives across manufacturing units
Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering required

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Production or Quality

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies

• Experience with budget management in manufacturing

• Basic SAP system knowledge required
