Successful candidates will manage custom projects independently while demonstrating advanced fitting skills. A strong command of welding techniques and the ability to interpret complex drawings are essential to excel and deliver exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sizable custom projects with minimal oversight

• Interpret engineered drawings for fabricating structures

• Demonstrate expertise in fabricating large structures

• Operate standard tooling and machinery safely

• Uphold precision and quality within tight tolerances

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CWB/Trade Certification

• Minimum of 7 years fitting experience

• Proficient in welding techniques like SMAW and GMAW

• Ability to read welding blueprints and structural drawings

• Certification as a Forklift/Crane Operator is an asset
