• Efficiently manage sizable custom projects with minimal oversight.
• Interpret engineered drawings to fabricate diverse custom structures.
• Demonstrate expertise in the fabrication process of large structures.
• Safely operate standard tooling and machinery in the fabrication industry.
• Uphold a high standard of workmanship, ensuring precision within tight tolerances and working effectively.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid CWB Certification and/or Trade Certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of fitting experience required.
• Advanced-level fitting skills are a prerequisite.
• Proficient in setting up and executing various welding techniques, including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and air carbon arc gouging.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing specifications, structural drawings, and welding symbols.
• Certification as a Forklift/Crane Operator would be considered an asset.

• Competitive wages offered based on Experience - $29 plus per hour
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Friday: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday: 4:00 pm to 3:30 am – additional premium offered
• Location – Guelph, Transit Accessible
