Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group is seeking a General Labourer to support production processes. You will assist with grinding, buffing, painting, packaging, and operating various tools and machinery. With a focus on safety and quality, each task directly contributes to fulfilling our commitment to OEM customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload production parts using jib crane

• Operate handheld tools such as grinders and wire wheels

• Inspect parts as per final product verification

• Package and allocate parts according to instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace using 5S principles

Requirements:

• Secondary school completion or equivalent

• Prior manufacturing experience is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset

• Physical strength and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable and dedicated team member
