Operations Level 1 - Industrial Painter/Crane Operator
About the role
This is an entry‑level position at our 50,000 sqft automated fabrication facility in Guelph, with easy access to the 401 and Hwy6 North. You'll learn the fundamentals of our steel fabrication process and progress into more specialized roles based on your performance and interests. All successful applicants receive MLITSD (Ministry of Labour)-approved training to ensure safe operation of our equipment and processes.
Whatyou’ll do
- Industrial painting and surface preparation
- Material handling using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Loading and shipping preparation
- Processing materials on a saw or shear
- Assisting with CNC/Plasma machine operation and maintenance as needed

Friday 6:55 AM‑11:55 AM / 3:25 PM
Pay:
From $26.00 per hour
- Industrial painting: 2 years (required)
- Overhead crane: 2 years (preferred)
- Guelph, : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
