Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to achieve operational excellence metrics

• Coach and cross-train Skilled Technicians effectively

• Oversee resource capacity and ensure schedule realization

• Implement improvements using lean manufacturing principles

• Provide comprehensive status reports and performance insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven track record in successful change management

• Familiarity with ISO
9000/AS9100 standards

• Proficiency in manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office
