In the absence of the Fabrication Shop Supervisor, the Paint Line Team Leader ensures smooth operation and training of employees on paint equipment and processes.

You will be responsible for setup, monitoring equipment, conducting inspections, and fostering communication with production staff to meet goals and quality standards.

• Set up and operate the paint line for diverse jobs
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections to identify defects
• Monitor and troubleshoot painting equipment and tools
• Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent
• Prior paint/coatings experience in manufacturing
• Knowledgeable in wet-paint processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain protected practices
