Wellington Brewery is seeking a motivated Cellar person who thrives in fast-paced production. This role involves operating cellaring equipment, ensuring beer quality, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. You will be part of an energetic team focused on high-quality brewing processes and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate centrifuge and carbonation systems efficiently

• Transfer, blend, filter, and carbonate beer to specifications

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and tanks

• Assist with daily quality checks and yeast management

• Track and stage production materials and ingredients

Requirements:

• Experience in brewing, cellaring, or beverage production preferred

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends

• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights
