We're looking for a Cellar person who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a fast‑paced production environment where every day brings something new.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate cellaring equipment including centrifuge and carbonation systems.
  • Transfer, blend, dry‑hop, filter, and carbonate beer to quality specifications.
  • Perform CIP, cleaning, and sanitation of tanks, vessels, equipment, and work areas.
  • Support daily quality checks and yeast management alongside the QA team.
  • Track and stage ingredients, brewing aids, and production materials.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Support other brewery operations as required.
What You’ll Bring
  • Brewery, cellaring, beverage manufacturing, or related production experience is an asset.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, sanitation, and safety.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift, Walkie, Skyjack, and Smart Serve certifications are assets.
