Key Responsibilities:

• Provide setup support to ensure seamless production flow

• Troubleshoot and resolve process quality issues promptly

• Assist in setup of new tool processes effectively

• Lead corrective action reporting for assigned quality concerns

• Ensure effective resource distribution across moulding areas

Requirements:

• Minimum three years as a setup technician

• RJG Mold Master I and related licenses preferred

• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation

• Previous leadership and troubleshooting experience

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
