At Polycorp Ltd., we are looking for dedicated Pressline Operators to join our full-time production team. Your focus will be on safely operating compression presses and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities also include using tools, loading materials, and conducting inspections, all while adhering to safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate compression presses and forklifts

• Load and unload rubber materials from presses

• Conduct pre-use audits and quality checks

• Inspect and label finished products accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Mechanically inclined with manufacturing experience

• Ability to work effectively in teams

• Strong communication skills with coworkers

• Reliable transportation for rotating shifts
