Fostet, a leader in CNC Precision Machining for 30 years, seeks an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist. This role focuses on developing CNC programs, setting up, and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality metal parts. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure production efficiency and continuous improvement in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes
• Set up and operate CNC mills according to blueprints
• Select and adjust tooling and fixtures as needed
• Perform inspections and make adjustments for quality
• Collaborate with teams to resolve machining issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years CNC programming experience
• Proficiency in Mastercam and Solid Works
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
• Commitment to continuous improvement
