Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical support to production and quality troubleshooting

• Oversee new tool process setup efficiently

• Assist team leader with problem-solving needs

• Lead quality corrective actions for ongoing improvements

• Ensure effective scheduling and resource use

Requirements:

• At least three years of setup technician experience

• Preferred RJG Mold Master I training and relevant licenses

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tasks

• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills required

• Must be quality-focused and safety-oriented
