As a Senior CNC Programmer, you will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. In this challenging role, you will develop complete machining strategies and create CNC programs using Mastercam. The position requires hands-on knowledge of machining, along with a commitment to improving efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create machining strategies based on customer drawings

• Develop CNC programs using Mastercam technology

• Validate CNC programs via simulation processes

• Assist in new product launches and fixture design

• Maintain process documentation for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 10 years of CNC milling experience minimum

• 5 years programming complex operations required

• Proficient in Mastercam is essential

• Experience with NC Simulator beneficial

• Understanding of GD&T and precision measurement tools
