Linamar Corporation seeks a skilled Material Handler to integrate into our manufacturing team. This role involves operating forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will play a crucial part in transporting raw materials, managing scrap metal bins, and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products

• Load and unload trucks while maintaining care for materials

• Transport raw materials to production lines and storage areas

• Empty scrap metal bins as required for production

• Enter shipping and receiving information into computer systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Forklift Certificate required

• 1-2 years of experience with counterbalance forklifts

• Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies

• Ability to handle materials securely to prevent damage
