• Read and interpret job specifications and blueprints

• Operate and monitor machinery with minimal supervision

• Use hand tools such as grinders and cutting torches

• Record production data and maintain performance logs

• Inspect goods for quality adherence and resolve defects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques like 5S

• Basic math skills and proficiency in measuring tools

• CSA-approved safety shoes required
