Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure rubber is processed to the right temperature and texture

• Monitor quality while rolling rubber on the mill

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Deliver rubber to the calender promptly

• Complete necessary paperwork, including audits and reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Accuracy in filling out production reports

• Understanding of quality control concepts

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to learn quickly in manufacturing settings
