In this critical role within Magna Exteriors, you will support production setups and resolve quality issues in the moulding process. With a background of at least three years as a setup technician, your experience will help drive process improvements. You will assist in new tool setups and lead the team in corrective actions that ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production through effective setup and troubleshooting

• Implement new tool processes and lead setups

• Collaborate with team leaders on quality issues

• Lead corrective actions to enhance production quality

• Manage labor distribution and scheduling across moulding areas

Requirements:

• Minimum three years as a setup technician

• RJG Mold Master I training advantageous

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation

• Strong organizational and communication skills needed

• Must prioritize quality and safety
