• Ensure safe and efficient operation of presses

• Load and unload rubber materials accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical skills and team collaboration

• Proven experience in a manufacturing setting

• Effective communication with team members

• Required own transportation for shifts
