Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Blow Molding Experts in North America, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Blow Molding Expert, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing blow molding machinery to ensure efficiency and quality. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production, collaborating with team members to address operational challenges, and training staff on industry best practices.

Reporting and documenting performance metrics will also be part of your responsibilities, along with providing customer support for technical issues related to machinery.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Injection Blow Molding (IBM), Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), and PET blow molding technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining blow molding machinery and familiarity with the manufacturing process.
  • Skills in team collaboration, training, and providing technical support to team members and customers as needed.
  • Proficiency in using performance analysis tools and documenting production data.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in manufacturing environments.
  • Relevant technical credentials in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields; additional certifications or training in blow molding processes are a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.

Must speak both:
English and Chinese

International Travel - is required up to 50% of a year.

Must have a valid drivers license & updated passport.
