This full-time position demands proficiency in Injection Blow Molding and Extrusion Blow Molding technologies. You’ll be tasked with hands-on maintenance and optimization of blow molding systems while collaborating with a skilled team.

Your role also includes providing training to staff and delivering customer support for technical challenges, all while rigorously documenting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize blow molding machinery

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

• Train and guide team members on best practices

• Report and document production performance

• Assist customers with technical inquiries as needed

Requirements:

• Technical experience in blow molding processes

• Relevant education in engineering or manufacturing fields

• Proficiency in performance analysis tools

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese

• Up to 50% international travel required
