CNC Machine Setup Technician Night Shift

Under general supervision, you will engage in complex operational duties, adjusting set-ups and tracking data related to equipment performance. Your knowledge will guide problem-solving efforts and assist in training other technicians on-site. With over four years of experience, you'll ensure that all machining processes meet stringent specifications for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure CNC machines based on process needs

• Adjust settings for tool wear and changes

• Maintain accurate tracking of production data

• Challenge and solve out-of-tolerance conditions

• Provide direction to operators when required

Requirements:

• Machinist license or equivalent education and experience

• Greater than four years in relevant machine shop roles

• Intermediate CNC programming and machine control knowledge

• Ability to analyze blueprints and CMM reports

• Collaborative communication both orally and in writing
