It’s essential to possess a mechanical and electrical aptitude, using tools like pneumatic impact guns. You will be integral in troubleshooting injection mould processes and keeping the production team informed about production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee mould change setups according to the production schedule

• Stage tooling and perform mould changes when required

• Maintain mould change check sheets and inspections

• Complete daily 5S audits for workspace organization

• Hold daily team meetings to address safety and operational issues

Requirements:

• Previous mould change or rigging experience preferred

• Grade 12 education or semi-skilled technical training

• Proven mechanical aptitude in production settings

• Strong communication skills in English

• Tow motor license and excellent safety record required
