Position: Guelph Laboratory Technician for Production
Become a vital component of Ceva Animal Health as a Guelph-based Laboratory Technician dedicated to production from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. Drive the creation of safe and effective vaccines for animals through precise and compliant practices.

As a Production Laboratory Technician, you will execute vital manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with GMP, and contribute to innovative health solutions for both farm and companion animals. This role requires you to manage a range of laboratory responsibilities while continuously seeking to improve efficiencies in production processes and workspace standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production routines according to schedules

• Monitor quality checks throughout the production cycle

• Maintain substantial compliance with GMP and HSE standards

• Identify and address production irregularities promptly

• Guide the team in maintaining 5S workplace standards

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in a relevant field required

• Prior experience in a GMP lab setting

• Familiarity with bioreactors is advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills

• A proactive approach to safety and quality improvements
