This role requires leadership to oversee the setup and operation of advanced SMT machinery, ensuring production goals are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate various SMT equipment
• Monitor machine settings for optimal efficiency
• Load components onto feeders and reels
• Document production and quality issues accurately
• Lead a small team of SMT operators
Requirements:
• 5+ years operating SMT equipment
• High School diploma or technical equivalent
• Strong understanding of SMT processes
• Leadership experience required
• IPC-A-610 certification is a plus
