Connect Tech SMT Operator - Afternoon Shift

Ideal candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and be skilled in machine operation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Setup SMT equipment using written instructions and BOMs

• Operate pick and place and reflow machinery

• Load components onto appropriate feeders and reels

• Maintain machine cleanliness and operational efficiency

• Document quality issues and machine performance accurately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical training preferred

• 1+ year SMT experience or strong technical aptitude

• Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods
