In this Monday to Friday position from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, you will manage production activities, uphold GMP standards, and proactively suggest improvements. This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a dynamic team, essential for maintaining high-quality lab operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production plans while adhering to quality metrics
• Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions and performance
• Perform equipment calibrations and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Review production batch records for accuracy
• Conduct internal audits and participate in process validation
Requirements:
• Diploma in technical or biological sciences
• Previous lab experience in GMP compliance
• Familiarity with bioreactor technology
• Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities
• Openness to learning and developing new skills
