In this full-time role, you will be pivotal in ensuring safe and efficient operations on the press line. Your duties involve managing the loading and unloading processes, performing regular inspections, and ensuring that quality standards are met. Collaboration with other operators is vital as you manage your tasks in accordance with the set production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow press line schedules and protocols

• Load/unload rubber using forklifts safely

• Perform pre-use audits and quality checks

• Trim parts to meet specifications

• Document production accurately and maintain cleanliness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset

• Ability to work rotating shifts required

• Transportation is essential as Polycorp is not bus-accessible
