In this role, you will coordinate the efforts of set up teams to carry out mould changes smoothly in alignment with production schedules. Utilizing your mechanical skills, you will troubleshoot issues and keep the production team informed of targets. Strong attention to detail is crucial as you will maintain inspection records and conduct 5S audits to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mould change setups and support the set-up teams
• Execute tooling staging and mould changes efficiently
• Maintain accurate mould change check sheets
• Conduct 5S daily audits for improved organization
• Report production status and resolve mould change issues
Requirements:
• Previous experience in mould change or rigging
• Grade 12 education or semi-skilled training background
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in English communication
• Tow motor license and excellent safety record required
