Join Poly-Nova Technologies as a full-time Night Shift Machine Operator. This vital role focuses on machine operation, quality inspection, and efficient production in a manufacturing environment.
The position offers a full-time schedule from 10:50 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for operating injection molding machines and ensuring product quality by following strict inspection protocols. A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load press with the correct rubber
• Operate injection molding machines and presses
• Inspect parts and follow quality instructions
• Complete shift paperwork and production logs
• Package finished parts for shipping and labeling
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
• Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
• Ability to follow work instructions and memos
• Competent in operating press equipment
