Packaging Associate

Alcot Plastics was established in 1983. We are a Canadian owned and operated family business. We manufacturer and distribute quality Polyethylene foam products. Our product lines include:

• prepare cartons as needed
• , label and pack appropriately
• bag extruded parts at the end of production lines as required
• clean area when production lines are down
• work with line operator to ensure quality standards are met
• visually inspect, segregate and quarantine non-spec product for disposition
• report equipment malfunctions to the operator
• empty garbage bins and manage recycling area as required
• perform all other related assignments as directed by the Supervisor
• maintain medical/physical fitness to perform all the essential tasks
• able to lift 40lbs.
• must have the ability to work independently and as a team player

• Afternoons 3:30pm - 11:30pm
• Nights 11:30 pm - 7:30 am

Training will take place on day shift for approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
