This temporary, full-time position suits candidates with production, warehouse, industrial operations, or machine operation experience. You will build hands-on technical skills while supporting equipment operation, quality, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely
- Perform quality inspections against product specifications
- Assist with equipment setup and changeovers
- Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues
- Complete production records and documentation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
