Electrical Assembly Supervisor Afternoon Shift

Lead electrical assembly operations at Tigercat in Paris, Ontario, using technical expertise and proven supervision during a dedicated afternoon shift.

The Assembly Supervisor leads wire harness, electrical panel, shipping, and receiving operations. This hands-on manufacturing role supports safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement objectives. You will coach assemblers, troubleshoot electrical assembly issues, and coordinate production priorities.

• Lead assemblers toward daily production, quality, and safety targets
• Oversee wire harness and electrical panel assembly
• Provide troubleshooting guidance for wiring and electrical components
• Monitor workflow and established production priorities
• Support employee training, development, and performance management

• Minimum two years of manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong electrical assembly and troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root-cause analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
