As Production Team Leader, you will support daily production and quality activities for the Production team. The role includes coordinating PPL-Bag House Powder usage, preparing mix sheets, and maintaining organized shift hand-offs. You will guide team members while working with supervisors and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily production and powder usage
- Prepare mix sheets and support smooth shift hand-offs
- Oversee batch sampling and production testing
- Support quality checks and corrective actions
- Reinforce PPE, safety audits, and 7S organization
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two-plus years manufacturing or production team-lead experience
- Powder coating or electrostatic painting experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort guiding others and collaborating
