Beacon Commerce is looking for an Amazon Brand Associate to support our Brand Managers in driving growth for small businesses on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative and analytical work — from reviewing ad campaigns and sales reports to fine-tuning product listings and coordinating with remote team members.
You’ll be a key part of helping brands thrive on Amazon by managing daily operations, reporting on performance, and spotting opportunities to improve.

What you will be doingResponsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Brand Managers and team members through Google Chat.
- Action Brand Manager requests, which may include:
- Replying to or drafting client emails.
- Following up on outstanding tasks with the internal or remote team.
- Sending or reviewing updates with clients.
- Manage and track tasks in , ensuring progress and accountability across the team.
- Ad Campaign Reviews:
- Check budget pacing and ad performance in Teikametrics and Campaign Manager.
- Flag trends such as overspending, under spending, or declining ROAS/TACOS.
- Ensure all portfolios and campaigns are running correctly.
- Competitor Research:
- Identify and track new competitors using Seller Central and Helium 10 Market Tracker.
- Update internal tracking sheets and share findings with Brand Managers.
- ASIN Audits:
- Spot-check listings for issues with bullet points, images, A+, pricing, or attributes.
- Inventory Forecasts (Bi-Weekly):
- Follow up with the team and review for accuracy before sharing with the Brand Manager.
- Compile and analyze data for Monthly and Mid-Month Reports
, including: - Sales trends, ad performance, and key KPIs.
- Insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Submit reports to the Brand Manager for review and client presentation.
Other Tasks as Needed
- Conduct keyword research and share with Brand Manager for approval.
- Assist with minor image editing or listing copy updates (titles, bullets, and ad taglines).
- Support project management of content creation, ensuring client assets and internal deliverables are aligned.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (Amazon experience is an asset).
- Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium

, or Jungle Scout preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort analyzing performance data and identifying actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude — you don’t just follow instructions; you take initiative to improve processes.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
