Elevate internal communications as a Contract Internal Communications Specialist with Hammond Power Solutions in Guelph, Ontario. You will play a pivotal role in delivering clear communications to engage employees across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and distribute employee communication materials
• Support the production of town hall and video scripts
• Maintain a calendar for consistent messaging
• Prepare communication support for managers and site leaders
• Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in employee communications or a related field
• Strong writing and editing abilities
• Proven experience simplifying complex content
• Knowledge of communication platforms like Share Point
• Change management exposure is an asset
