Based in Guelph or remotely within Ontario, you will drive marketing campaign planning and execution, ensuring that relevant strategies are aligned with customer expectations. With a keen focus on grower needs, you will collaborate across multiple teams to implement impactful marketing initiatives, from product launches to tailored communication plans. Your leadership will also extend to managing brand presence within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture discipline

• Minimum 8 years in a related field with business insight

• Strong knowledge of the grower customer landscape

• Excellent project management and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Ontario
