Pu resource seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing to spearhead brand growth and product innovation in the retail channel. Lead marketing strategies, oversee multiple sub-departments, and drive corporate brand initiatives.

This senior leadership role is pivotal for Pu resource, focused on enhancing their own brands and supporting third-party partners. You will create strategic brand plans, collaborate on product launches, and align with the U.S. parent company on product selection. Manage budgets, ensure effective communication, and cultivate a high-performance environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate cross-department collaboration among marketing and sales

• Create strategic brand plans for profitable growth

• Oversee new product launches in collaboration with sales

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related field

• 5+ years of managerial experience in marketing

• Valid passport for occasional travel outside Canada
