Sunstar Marketing Manager - Product Innovation

Your responsibilities will include managing projects from concept through to commercialization, supporting portfolio expansion, and ensuring effective strategy implementation across retail and professional channels. This position requires expertise in consumer insights to optimize product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage innovation projects and new product commercialization

• Support annual planning for portfolio expansion

• Execute launch plans while monitoring product performance

• Work collaboratively with finance, sales, and project management

• Drive efficiency improvements in market processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Seven years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Experience with NielsenIQ and market analysis tools
