Gateway Senior Communications Specialist

Become the voice of Gateway as a Senior Communications Specialist, responsible for crafting and executing a strategic content plan that enhances brand visibility and engages diverse audiences.

As Senior Communications & Content Manager reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, your role involves creating and managing a range of content and communication strategies. You’ll work collaboratively to translate Gateway's mission and values into compelling stories, build editorial calendars, and oversee key communication channels. This position facilitates cross-department collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and effective engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive communication and editorial strategies

• Craft website, press releases, and social media content

• Manage Gateway’s employee intranet with engaging company news

• Support public relations and social media initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaign performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related field

• 7+ years in corporate communications or content marketing

• Strong editorial and storytelling capabilities

• Proficient in project management and organized workflow

• Experience in veterinary or healthcare industries is a plus
