Serve as an Employment and Training Assistant to connect individuals with resources needed for success.
Your role focuses on helping clients access vital employment tools and ensure their needs are met.
This position involves greeting clients, assisting with their inquiries, and coordinating their access to job-related resources. You will also manage office inventory and support the execution of various community projects. Ideal candidates will have leadership skills and a deep commitment to serving First Nations, Metis, and Inuit communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and provide assistance
• Complete comprehensive client intake
• Help clients access internet job resources
• Maintain accurate resource and inventory materials
• Assist in project implementation as needed
Requirements:
• Canadian citizenship or valid residency status
• Experience in program coordination is valuable
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Contribute decisively to improve access to employment services and uplift the community with dedication and effective coordination.
