As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established standards. Required skills include the ability to perform cardiac monitoring and establish IVs, along with a desire to participate in continuous learning and skill enhancement. Applicants should be prepared to work all shifts across different hospital areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care according to established protocols

• Work collaboratively with the medical team

• Take charge of patient care during assigned shifts

• Engage in departmental training and educational events

• Communicate effectively with patients and families

Requirements:

• Valid RN certification in Ontario

• BCLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months

• Cardiac monitoring skills required or on commitment

• Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities

• Prepared to handle a variable hospital schedule
