This part-time and casual role requires dedication, preferably Monday to Friday with shared on-call weekends. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and registered with the provincial licensing body, complete with CPR certification. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate palliative care in the community
• Work alongside families and interdisciplinary teams
• Undertake weekend on-call responsibilities approximately once monthly
• Utilize mobile devices for accurate patient documentation

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current registration with the provincial licensing authority
• Clear criminal background and negative TB test
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
