As a Registered Nurse at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, you will provide high-quality nursing care within the Operating Room and recovery environments. Candidates require current CNO registration, a Post-Graduate Course in Perioperative Nursing, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Leadership in the surgical environment is encouraged to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care in the Operating Room

• Assist in patient surgeries and recovery processes

• Engage in continuing education and departmental activities

• Operate on a rotating basis within various surgical areas

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and practices

Requirements:

• Active CNO registration

• 1-3 years operating room nursing experience

• Current BCLS and desire to obtain ACLS & PALS certifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capability to fulfill leadership roles within the team
