Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to clients

• Address and document clients' medical and psychiatric needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum one year of long-term care experience preferred

• Strong planning and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Basic computer literacy
