• 3+ years of NP nursing experience, preferably psychogeriatric
• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master's degree in Nursing
• Membership in professional associations like NPAO or RNAO
• CPR certification and crisis intervention knowledge
