CompensationRegistered Nurses (RN): hourly range $32.08 – $47.38, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria.
Registered Practical Nurses (RPN): hourly range $27.17 – $33.37, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an effective care plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).
- Work with patients (both in‑person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services.
- Provide services in a variety of settings, which may include in‑home, clinic, retirement home or school.
- Communicate and liaise with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team.
- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) diploma (for RPN role).
- Registered Nurse (RN) diploma (for RN role).
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle; regular travel required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Current immunization record including 2–step TB test.
- Continuing education, certification and training (desired).
