In this position, you will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room, Endoscopy, Day Surgery, and PACU. The role adheres to established nursing standards and includes participating in a supportive learning environment through our 'Grow Your Own' initiative. Candidates with the PACU certification are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across multiple surgical environments

• Collaborate as an effective team member in patient care

• Assume leadership roles within the surgical team as needed

• Engage in continuous education and departmental activities

• Maintain high standards of patient communication and care

Requirements:

• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses

• Commitment to complete Perioperative Nursing within a year

• Certification in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required

• Proven ability in organizational and critical thinking skills

• Completion of health assessment and background checks
