Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' mental health and develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Document patient data in compliance with standards
• Ensure active patient participation in treatment decisions
• Lead interventions in mental health emergencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner with psychiatric experience
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master’s degree in Nursing required
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Knowledge of community mental health resources preferred
